My name is Mary James and I am a jazz enthusiast and occasional contributor to London Jazz News where I have been fortunate to interview several wonderful musicians such as John Abercrombie.

These days I no longer do active jazz promotion or write reviews but I continue to work with John Law and attend gigs as often as I’m able. Highlights over the past few years have included travelling to India with John Law’s Congregation. That was an unforgettable experience.

I’m keeping this site live for the time being as it’s best never to say “never”.
